Cancellation Policy

To ensure we provide you with the highest level of care and make the most of your consultation time, the following requirements must be completed before your appointment: The $95 Virtual Consultation fee must be paid in full prior to your scheduled appointment. Your Client Intake Form must be completed and submitted before the consultation begins. Please note: ✅️Your virtual consultation will not begin until both the payment has been received and the intake form has been completed. ✅️If payment or the intake form is not received before your scheduled appointment time, your consultation may be canceled or rescheduled. ✅️The consultation fee is non-refundable but may be applied toward the purchase of a qualifying treatment package, if applicable. ✅️Completing your intake form thoroughly allows us to review your health history and provide personalized recommendations during your consultation.
